The hotel staff were friendly, and the hotel was elegant.

Very tight bathrooms, Creekside view- couldn't see the creek, only the roof.

This was a very pleasant place to stay at. I have nothing but good compliments for this hotel. The only thing that I might say about it is that the bathroom was very small. Great staff. They were able to arrange a dog sitter for us.

Every staff member said hello and smiled at us and thanked us for staying. We traveled with a dog. They arranged for dog sitter to come to the hotel, the dog was taken to dog parks to play. All of the staff we dealt with were great. Wonderful location, between baseball at Safeco, U of Washington campus, and wine tasting in Woodinville. The location and views are fabulous.

I did not like that parking was added on to the room charge.

I thought for the price you could find better, but the hotel is beautiful in appearance and location on Lake Washington.

This is a very upscale hotel. The rooms are super clean and the beds are nothing short of wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much. We didn't enjoy paying an additional $25 per day taxes and $10 per day parking over and above the price. ...read more
